    ProSafeNet Update 1.4.15 is here!

    Dear users,
    We are pleased to inform you that the new version of the ProSafeNet application (v1.4.15) is now available! Below is an overview of the latest improvements:

    New functionalities

    • Ability to post jobs hosted outside the ProSafeNet platform (external links),
    • Job posts can now be marked as volunteer opportunities or contract-based positions.

    Bug fixes

    • The issue with the “Add Events” button has been resolved – it now works without any problems.

    Visual and functional improvements

    • A redesigned UI for notifications and messages – faster, cleaner, and easier to navigate,
    • The Knowledge Base is now significantly faster, with added new categories,
    • “Coming Soon” cards are displayed for upcoming modules – check out what’s in development!

    Additional interface enhancements

    • Improved search functionality: the new Search platform is located in the upper-right corner and allows for quick and precise access to users, topics, and content,
    • Notifications and Messages are now available directly in the left-hand navigation bar for easier and faster access,
    • A “Following” option has been added to every post in the News Feed (top-right corner of the post), allowing you to stay up to date with content that matters to you.

    Coming soon – new functions

    • Security alerts – Real-time alerts and safety warnings about ongoing risks and incidents,

    • Community resilience hub – Local actions, experiences, and practical tools for resilient communities,
    • Risk intelligence hub – Live data, threat monitoring, trends, and expert analysis,

    • Shops – Specialized tools, equipment, literature, and professional services,
    • Volunteering hub – Discover engagement opportunities, track your activities, and earn certificates,

    The Association “Scientific-Professional Society for Disaster Risk Management”  (www.spsdr.com) is a non-governmental and non-profit association, established for an indefinite period, for the purpose of achieving objectives related to the advancement of scientific and professional knowledge and practice in the field of disaster risk management, emergencies, security, protection and community resilience, through the implementation of quantitative and/or qualitative research, publishing activities (journals, books and other publications), organizing national and international events, conducting formal and non-formal forms of education and professional development, preparing expert analyses, risk assessments and planning documents, developing digital platforms and knowledge bases, as well as other activities in accordance with the law and this Statute.

    The International Journal of Disaster Risk Management (IJDRM) is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access international journal published twice a year, dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary research and practice in disaster and hazard studies, policy, and management.
